Welcome to the September 2016 issue of the Clarity Assure eBulletin. It contains the latest news and advice relating to the Quality Improvement Service for North East.

Assure downtime

The next version release for Assure is scheduled to take place in October 2016, with the date yet to be confirmed. We will advise users once the date has been agreed.

Clarity Informatics Office Relocation

Clarity Informatics will be relocating their offices to Deltic House, Kingfisher Way, Wallsend over the weekend of 23rd - 26th September 2016 this will affect the customer support available to users on Friday 23rd September.  Clarity will contact users directly with more information soon.

Data Completeness Report Change

The data completeness report has been updated to show the completeness targets and the ability to filter out any Not Started and Excluded Overall records.   

Serious infection project collaborative

This collaborative will be taking place at the new Clarity Informatics offices on Kingfisher Way, Wallsend on the 15th November 2016. More information will be sent to users in due course but places can be reserved from now by emailing assure-enquiries@clarity.co.uk.
