Search Results Excel Export

Following reports of users experiencing difficulties with opening data exported from the search page of Assure, our development team have investigated this matter and determined that the issue is related to automatic PC protection of Excel files. Users will need to unblock the file from the downloads folder of their PC to enable them to open the data.

We have compiled a step-by-step instruction guide on how to do this which can be found on the Clarity Assure Help Wiki page
