Introduction
Welcome to the February 2016 issue of the Clarity Assure eBulletin. It contains the latest news and advice relating to the Quality Improvement Service for North East.
Collaborative
The next collaborative will take place on 11th May 2016 between 10am and 1pm (with lunch provided) at the Clarity Informatics offices in Jesmond. Car parking spaces are limited so we strongly advise that you contact us to register your place and reserve a parking space as soon as possible.
Patient Records and Coding Changes
If a patient has been incorrectly coded as having CAP or sepsis we can remove these patient form the Assure populations. Please send the details of the patient to us and we will be able to remove the patient for you.
We would need to know:-
- Patient ID
- Admission Date
- Discharge Date
- Focus Area
User Access Updates
