Welcome to the January 2017 issue of the Clarity Assure eBulletin. It contains the latest news and advice relating to the Quality Improvement Service for the North East.
User Accounts
We would like to remind users to contact Clarity if they require any changes to their Assure account. This includes:
- Changing roles
- Moving Trusts
- Leaving the NHS
Please ensure you email assure-enquiries@clarity.co.uk so that any changes to your Assure account can be made.
Mortality Review
We have been recently working with South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust to pilot our Retrospective Case Review system. As part of the pilot project we have recently released a review form which is designed to assist with data collection and reporting for the forthcoming National Mortality Review project.
We have received some very positive and useful feedback from South Tees who are using the system as part of their standard review process.
If your Trust is not already in discussions with us and you would like to know more about our Retrospective Case Review (Mortality Review) project then please get in touch with us as mortalityreview-enquiries@clarity.co.uk and we will be happy to arrange for a demonstration of the system.
