Appraisal Toolkit for Nurses is not just an appraisal platform. It has been designed with ease of use and versatility in mind, and can be used as a daily tool to document your practice and your learning throughout the year.

Nurse's Homepage
When you sign in, you will be taken to your homepage. From your homepage you can quickly see an overview of any appraisals you are currently completing, your current PDP items and your messages.
By clicking the purple links on the page, you can quickly access different areas of Appraisal Toolkit for Nurses to view or add information.
Your appraisal progress is shown by the progress bar.
The progress bar will change along with your appraisal status, allowing you to easily view exactly what stage your appraisal is at. You can access your appraisal easily by clicking 
.
When the appraisal year is over and you have completed your appraisal it will move to the Historic Appraisals area of Appraisal Toolkit for Nurses, ready for you to start new forms for the coming year.
You can enter your NMC Registration date by clicking 
on the left of the page.
