Review Progress and Outcome Overview Report

Purpose of Report:  To provide a summary of the reviews for the last 6 calendar months.  Shows progress of review form types by status and total answer values for scoring questions.

Can only be ran on Trust basis and not by site level.

There are two parts to this report

Part 1 - Review Status pie chart - This will show the total number of cases for all statuses (Not Started/In Progress/Complete).  

Part 2 - Scoring Questions bar charts - This will show the data for scoring questions, but only for those reviews where the review status is In Progress or Complete.

PLEASE NOTE:

• If your review form has no scoring questions included in it, this will only return data for Part 1.
• If you have review forms with scoring questions and some reviews have a Not Started status, the Not Started reviews will be included in the figures for Part 1 but not in Part 2.
• If you have review forms with scoring questions and all reviews have a status of In Progress or Complete, these will be included in the figures for Part 1 and Part 2.

How to run report: Select your Trust and the review form type you wish to report on, then click View Report.

Printing Recommendations - In the event that you require printing of this report we advise that you export the report to PDF, download the PDF file, then open and print from the downloaded file.
