Troubleshooting

If you are encountering problems accessing the Case Review system, including resetting your password please check the following areas where problems may occur.

  1. Are you using the correct system address?  This should be https://assure-rcr.clarity.co.uk/Account/Login
  2. Have you assigned a password to your account?  Once you have received the email containing your username you will then need to use the forgotten password link on the log in screen to assign a password to your account.  Without completing this step you will not be able to access the system
  3. Is your browser set to block cookies?  If the browser is set to block cookies this will prevent you from being able to use the system.
    1. Firefox Cookie Management instructions - https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/enable-and-disable-cookies-website-preferences
    2. Chrome Cookie Management instructions - https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95647?co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop&hl=en
    3. Internet Explorer Cookie Management instructions - https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/help/17442/windows-internet-explorer-delete-manage-cookies
    4. Edge Cookie Management instructions - https://support.qualityunit.com/022932-How-to-enable-cookies-in-Edge
  4. Do you have Adblockers, PopUp Blockers or Password Capture features activated on your browser?  Some software designed to prevent adverts, pop ups and retain passwords can affect the functionality of the system, please try disabling these to see if this corrects your problem.
  5. If you are able to log in but cannot access any data this suggests there is a problem with your account data permissions - please contact Clarity at mortalityreview-enquiries@clarity.co.uk who can correct this for you
