Review Summary Overview

A summary of the review progress for a particular organisation and review form. 

Data in this report will include review forms containing scoring questions of all statuses.

This report provided a summary of the review progress for a particular organisation and review form.  Users can see a summary of the review status, review priority and answer selections.

• Report parameters will only show for the given organisation and form available periods where one or more reviews is in status other than not started.  The data for the report will show all review status, the reason for this is to limit the report selection criteria to avoid running blank reports where no data is available.

For example - organisation CLA01, Discharge Batch February 2018 has 3 case records,Patient D, Patient E and Patient F

• • • Patient D has a Multitab review form with a status of Closed and SingleTab of Not Started
    • Patient E has a Multitab review form with a status of Not Started and SingleTab of Not Started
    • Patient F has a Multitab review form with a status of Not Started and SingleTab of Not Started

For the Review Summary Overview report criteria, if you select CLA01 and SingleTab review form the period from and to will not show any months to choose from due to all reviews being Not Started for this review form.

If you change the report criteria to MultiTab review form this will show the option of February 2018 as Patient D has a MultiTab review form with a status of Closed.  When you run the report the report will then show the full details for the three cases with the MultiTab review form in February.
