Find all case records for a specific review form, discharge batch and review status

Data in this report will include review form of all statuses.

For example A user at organisation CLA01 has been asked to find out how many case records they still need to complete for the Clarity Trust Review Form they could use this report and enter the report criteria as follows:-

Organisation - CLA01

Review Form - Clarity Trust Review Form

Period From and To - enter the discharge months required to cover (can report up to a maximum of 12 months from the Period From selection)

Review Type - All (if the user was only interested in seeing the priority of standard reviews they would change this option)

Status - Not Started
