If you are not registered as an appraisee and only require access as an appraiser, contact Customer Support on 0845 113 7333 or at nurses-appraisals-enquiries@clarity.co.uk to be guided through the registration process.

The appraisee cannot see any changes you have made (e.g. CPD point adjustments) until you have signed off the appraisal. However, if you want to communicate a change to your appraisee, you can write a shared appraiser note. This will be visible to your appraisee instantly - it will also be visible to any administrators and future appraisers once the appraisal is signed off unless it is removed.
