Data submitter | PROJECT LEVEL ROLE | the person(s) who transfer the data from the Trust to Clarity for loading into the Clarity web based systems (e.g. patient information, admission and discharge details) |
FTP | PROJECT LEVEL | This is a secure email communication method specifically for the transfer of data and other sensitive/confidential information. It involves the Data Submitter being issued a log in and connection information for the recipient’s secure FTP server. |
Senior Trust Administrator | PROJECT LEVEL ROLE | this is the main contact to discuss the Trust’s involvement in the Case Review project (which specialities and review forms should be included in the project, discussions on requirements of the Trust for the system and project overall) |
SiteAdmin | SYSTEM LEVEL ROLE | this is an advanced access level for the data within the system and enables the user to manage case records, reviews and user accounts. |
User | SYSTEM LEVEL ROLE | This is an individual who have an active log in and password to the Case Review system. |
Case Record | SYSTEM LEVEL | This is the information regarding a patient/case. It will contain such information s |
Not Started | SYSTEM LEVEL | This is the status of a review form and shows that no information has been entered and saved |
In Progress | SYSTEM LEVEL | This is the status of a review form and shows that a review form has been saved |
Closed/Complete | SYSTEM LEVEL | This is the status of a review form and shows that the review has been declared as completed and no further action is required. (It is possible to reopen the review and return it to a status of In Progress) |
