The Professional profile can be used to document your professional skills and qualifications. The ‘Online CV’ feature allows you to collate and download all of the information you add, forming a structured CV listing your professional details, and any date relevant information will automatically be added to your appraisal.
Tip: Whenever you are awarded a new qualification or learn/practice an extended skill, you should enter the information into your Professional Profile. This means you will always have quick access to your certificate information and can monitor your expiry dates to ensure your skills are renewed at the correct time. If there are particular sections/lectures/training courses that you found particularly beneficial or interesting, you can document them more thoroughly in your Portfolio.
Your Professional Profile is separated into 5 sections, all of which must be completed for your appraisal.

Personal information
Edit your personal information and click

Qualifications
Use this section to add details of any professional qualifications you hold that are relevant to your appraisal. You can upload electronic or scanned certificates and documents once you have added a qualification.

Add the details of your qualification. Only the Title and Date Awarded fields are required but you may find it useful to include a description for your Appraiser. Once you have completed the fields, click at the bottom of the page.

Extended skills
Use this section to record any extended skills you demonstrate. This information will be automatically added to your appraisal.

Add the details of your extended skill. The Name, Clinical Area and Qualification Date fields are required but you may also find it useful to include additional details for your Appraiser. Once you have completed the fields, click at the bottom of the page.
