Yes! During the registration process you can select whether you are registered with the NMC or not. The only difference you will encounter when using Appraisal Toolkit for Nurses is in your Professional Profile, which will not include a section for your NMC details. |

There could be a number of reasons why you are unable to Log in to Appraisal Toolkit. The most common issues are listed below:
If you have been locked out or are having difficulty with your user credentials, please contact the Customer Support Team on 0845 113 7333 or at nurses-appraisals-enquiries@clarity.co.uk. You will be asked to provide your full name, NMC number and to answer your security question before your password can be reset. |
Your Portfolio is only a storage area for your information - for it to count to your appraisal you must import it into your appraisal records. |

If it is your first ever appraisal, go to the Last Year's PDP section of your appraisal and click This removes the requirement for Last Year's PDPs so you can continue with you appraisal. Your agreed PDPs from your current appraisal will be automatically added to the Last Year's PDP section of next year's appraisal. |

Yes, but before you can you need your submission to be reverted. You can do this yourself if your appraiser has not started reviewing your appraisal. If they have started to appraise your evidence you need to contact them and request them to un-submit your appraisal for you. |
