The appraisee cannot see any changes you have made (e.g. CPD point adjustments) until you have signed off the appraisal. However, if you want to communicate a change to your appraisee, you can write a shared appraiser note. This will be visible to your appraisee instantly - it will also be visible to any administrators and future appraisers once the appraisal is signed off unless it is removed. |
