Use the links below for more information on the different ways you can interact with your appraisees in Appraisal Toolkit.
Viewing an appraisee's details
To view an appraisee’s details:
- Click “Organisation” in the top menu bar
- Click "Appraisees" in the left navigation bar
You can filter the results according to show appraisees with (or without) an appraisal, and/or those with (or without) a revalidation date in Appraisal Toolkit
- Click

in one or both filter options - Click
- Search for the appraisee within your filtered results using the search box at the top of the page
- Click the appraisee's name in the left hand column (e.g.
) to view their details - Click the
to email their registered email address directly
Removing an appraisee from your organisation
To remove an appraisee from your organisation:
- Click “Organisation” in the top menu bar
- Click “appraisee” in the left navigation bar
- Click or in one or both filter options
- Click
- Search for the appraisee within your filtered results using the search box at the top of the page
- Click
to remove them as an appraisee
Viewing historic appraisals
To view an appraisee’s historic appraisals:
- View the appraisee’s details
- Click the Historic Appraisals tab
- Click
to see the appraisal documentation.
Changing appraisers
To change the Appraiser assigned to appraise the appraisee:
- View the appraisee’s details
- Click
in the Appraiser column in the Current Appraisals tab
- Search for the required Appraiser using the search function
- Click
- Alternatively, click to remove the Appraiser completely.
Changing due dates
To change the appraisal due date:
- View the appraisee’s details
- Click
- Enter the desired date(s)
- Click
