Free Topics
There are three topics on the Prodigy system which can be viewed without a subscription, these are
* Anticoagulants – oral
* Asthma
* Bruising
If you wish to be able to access all other topic information you will be required to purchase a subscription.
Subscriptions
To access the full system and topic content you will need to purchase a subscription, full information on subscription types can be found at https://clarity.co.uk/
Alternatively, you can contact the Prodigy Support Team at prodigy-enquiries@clarity.co.uk to request purchase of a subscription. Please include the type of subscription you wish to purchase and how many years you wish to purchase.
If you are unsure whether the system will be of benefit to you, Clarity Informatics can provide you with a free trial access for one month.
Clarity Informatics will acknowledge your subscription request and if you do not have a previous subscription they will create your new access account. You will receive an email from the Prodigy-enquiries@clarity.co.uk with your access details (or to advise that the subscription has been added to your existing account)
Logging into the system
Go to https://prodigy-knowledge.clarity.co.uk/
Click on Log in at the top right of the page.
You will see links to various topics and websites but only the free topics are accessible without requiring to log into the system.
System Navigation
You can navigate the site either by topic or by speciality. This is determined by clicking the relevant option on the main toolbar of the homepage, below the Prodigy icon.
By Topics
Clicking Topics on the main toolbar will show an A – Z grid. Once you click on a letter within the grid it will show links to all the topics with that selected initial letter.
Simply click on the topic name to go to the content pages for that topic.
By Speciality
Clicking Topics on the main toolbar will show all the specialities covered within the system in alphabetical order.
Simply click on the speciality name to see the links to all topics included in that speciality.
By Searching
You can use the search field on the main toolbar to search the system for various content. We advise that you use this for singular word terms which may be present within topic titles rather than for the topic or speciality names.
If you wish to search for a topic or specialty it is best to use the topic/speciality selections of the main toolbar instead.
Click on the relevant search result box to open the topic pages.
Topic Pages
The topic content pages will load with the Summary page visible.
You can then navigate through the topic pages either by scrolling down the main content window or by clicking on the side menu options.
Each side menu has the topic split into various sections, if you click on a section this will then expand to show the sub-sections within it. You can also click on these sub sections to jump straight to that information.
Frequently Asked Questions
How can I change my password
You can change your password by clicking on your username and manage.
Click on the Change link text to load the Change Password page.
I have forgotten my password
You can reset your password by clicking on the Log In text at the top right of the homepage, this will then load the log in screen. Click on the Forgot your password? Text to reset your password.
How do I log out?
Click on your username menu and Log out
I am on the Prodigy system but cannot access the topic content.
It may be that you have not logged into your subscription and account for the system. If this is the case the top right corner of the home page will show the Log In text. In addition if you are able to access the topics of Anticoagulants – oral, Asthma and Bruising but cannot access any other topic content this would suggest that you have not logged into the system.
Click on the log in text at the top right of the homepage and enter your username and password. This will then reload the homepage and you will be able to access all topics.
I have logged into the system but still cannot see any topic content other than the free topics
Please contact Clarity at Prodigy-enquiries@clarity.co.uk to confirm that your subscription has not expired. If your subscription has expires you will need to purchase a new subscription to enable you to access the system fully.
I would like to extend my free trial account / I would a second free trial account
Free trials are limited to one per user for a maximum period of one month.

Click on your username menu and Log out
How can I Contact Clarity?
You can contact Clarity either by clicking the username menu and selecting Contact.
The bottom of each system page has a link to email support and the contact telephone number. The email address is prodigy-enquiries@clarity.co.uk.
