Administrator's Homepage
This is the first page you will see when you log into your account. It shows important organisation statistics and appraisal information. Click the links (at the top of each box) to access different areas of Appraisal Toolkit.

The administrator dashboard provides easier access to the core appraisal information that is needed on a day to day basis. Each widget shows different information and acts as a link to show you more details – simply click the blue headings to go to the relevant section of Appraisal Toolkit. You can monitor your organisation’s appraisal progress in real time and filter the information by year. You can also search for users straight from the homepage. The widgets contained on the dashboard are: - Appraisal Statuses
- Without appraiser
- Without appraisals
- Overdue appraisals
- Late appraisals
- Most recently completed appraisals
- Appraisals due vs Complete appraisals by quarter
- Completed MSF cycles
- Appraisal Agreements
- Complete Appraisal PDP statuses
- Appraisals Feedback
- Post Appraisal Feedback (if enabled)
- Educational Appraisals (if enabled)
- Top 5 development needs
- You can click and drag the widgets around the dashboard so the ones you want to see are at the top, or restore the default layout by clicking the cog and then the “Reset layout to default” link
