You can manage the revalidation cycles of appraisees in your organisation in the Revalidation area of Appraisal Toolkit. As the Responsible Officer you can create the cycles and add your recommendations.
To create a revalidation cycle:
- Click Revalidation in the top navigation bar

- Search for the appraisee you want to create a cycle for
- Click
Image Added - Enter the dates for the revalidation cycle and click

The Revalidation dashboard is separated into widgets to make managing cycles easier. - Change the Revalidation dates using the
 Image Added and  Image Addedlinks. - Set the appraisee's GMC status or Revalidation recommendation in the "Revalidation Options" widget.
- Monitor the cycle status using the traffic light system in the "Cycle Status" widget.
- Use the "Allocated Appraisals" widget to add appraisals that will be used towards this revalidation cycle.
- You can view any notes added by appraisal administrators in the "Admin Notes" widget.
- You can add your own notes to the cycle in the "Responsible Officer Notes" widget.
