Click 'Organisation' in the top purple menu bar to take you to the Organisation area of Appraisal Toolkit. This contains all of the information you need to know regarding users and appraisals in your organisation.

Use the links below for more information on:
AppraisalsTo view a list of all of the appraisals in your organisation, go to the Organisation area of Appraisal Toolkit, then click 'Appraisals' in the left navigation bar.
You can search for a specific appraisal or set of appraisals using the filter and search function:

Filter the options according to year or status, or find appraisals with/without an appraiser, those that are late and/or those that are overdue : - Use the drop down, the Yes/No buttons, and/or the tick boxes to create detailed search criteria

Search within your results: - Enter the name, NMC pin or email address of either the appraisee or appraiser

Viewing usersUsers from all roles within your organsiation are displayed withing role specific sections in the Organisation area of Appraisal Toolkit
We will use appraisees as an example as there are more interactions you can make, but there are sections for appraisers, administrators and assessors that can all be found in the left navigation bar and accessed in the same way.
To view all users:
- Click Organisation in the top purple menu
