This page guides you through the Revalidation Progress screens for your organisation.
To view the revalidation progress screens:
- Click "Revalidation" in your top menu bar.
Revalidation Overview Screen
The Appraisal Toolkit Revalidation Progress overview screen shows all of the appraisees within your organisation and their due dates for revalidation.
Click the links under “Totals” to filter the list of appraisee according to those with:
- No revalidation date entered into Appraisal Toolkit
- Upcoming revalidation dates
- Overdue revalidation
Sort the table alphabetically according to appraisee name, by GMC number or by revalidation date by clicking on the table headings.
Or search for specific appraisees by name, email address or GMC number using the Search function.
Revalidation Progress - Individual appraisee
- Click
to the right of an appraisee to view their revalidation progress.
You can change their allocated revalidation dates, allocate appraisals to be included in their revalidation cycle, and add accompanying notes to their revalidation cycle from the screen pictured below.
