Added
- The revised Medical Appraisal 2020 template has now been made available. This contains the new format which focuses on well being of doctors during the COVID-19 pandemic.
- You can seamlessly switch between the Medical Appraisal 2020 template and standard Clarity template at any point up until the appraisal is submitted, without losing any data.

- We have added the ability for users that have a valid Clarity TeamNet account to access and manage Stat & Mand courses directly through eLearning.
- We have also added a new eLearning section in the navigation bar which allows you to link directly to a list of either Clinical Courses or Stat & Mand courses.
- To make it easier for you to manage your training, we have also added the number of Stat & Mand courses that you have been assigned to, next to the link.

We have deployed an upgrade to our elearning module. This includes seamless integration with appraisals, automatic upload of course details to your portfolio and appraisal, availability of course materials at all times, key word search and certificates for every course completed. We have also provided a calendar of courses coming soon and the ability to suggest new courses.

- Appraisal extensions
We are aware that Revalidations between now and September have been postponed on GMC advice and that some appraisees have appraisals due between now and September, which have been, or will be deferred.
Following guidance from the RCGP, NHS England and the GMC regarding a process for these appraisals we have implemented some changes to our Appraisals system to take this into account - extending affected appraisals by 1 year.
- Changes to MSF/PSQ service
In light of the Government restrictions on essential work travel, we have revised our approach to multisource feedback (MSF) service or patient satisfaction questionnaires (PSQs):- a. Continued data entry for pre-purchased MSF/PSQ packs. Note that our processing times are likely to be delayed.
- b. Not providing the option to buy new paper packs for MSF/PSQ whilst the travel restrictions are in place. We will keep this under review taking into account any changes to the Government’s guidance.
- c. We are unable to accommodate the use of a postal service which requires a signature on receipt, as we no longer have on-site staff who can sign for postage received.
If you have specific requests or needs, we will do our utmost to accommodate these. Please speak to our customer service team if you have concerns.

- We have produced a new self-serve snapshot AOA report. This provides administrative users with the ability to create a time defined AOA excel spreadsheet for all their Appraisees. Our new ‘You Print’ service allows you to print your own patient questionnaires so that you can start collecting responses immediately. You can still purchase our printed questionnaire packs, but the ‘You Print’ option will give you greater flexibility and a much quicker turnaround time.

- We have added some text to indicate that your appraisal has been allocated to your current revalidation cycle. If it hasn’t been allocated yet, then you can click on the date and you will be taken to the Revalidation Cycle Progress page where you can allocate it.
- We now display the date of your last Patient and Colleague feedback cycles and we have added links so you can easily access the relevant pages.

- We have added an additional ‘import’ button to the top of the ‘Import from Portfolio’ page for ease of use, when you are importing multiple items.
- When you have completed a PSQ/MSF cycle, you will be prompted to add the cycle directly to your appraisal.
- Your system generated feedback is now visible when you click on the ‘Import from Portfolio’ link.
- You will now receive an email from an administrator when your Responsible Officer either accepts or rejects a request for a deferral of your appraisal.

- You can now change appraisal dates up to the point when an appraisee has signed off their appraisal (only if enabled for the organisation).
