Shows how a case record has scored across all of the reviews undertaken.  

Case Records must have at least 2 review forms with scoring questions included and the review forms must be saved.

For the data to be included in this report a Case Record must have at least 2 review forms with scoring questions included, and each form must have a status other than Not Started (In Progress or Closed/Complete)


Report Criteria Options

Organisation Overall

Select whether to run your report at top level

YES will show the data within the report at the top level (e.g. Trust Level)

NO  will show the data within the report at  a lower level (e.g. site level)

Select Organisation

Depending on the option selected in Organisation Overall you can then select the relevant Trust/Site

Select Case ReviewsUsing the selections in the Organisation fields this will show the list of case records where there are more than one review forms with scoring questions assigned and saved
